Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GetStackLens website (getstacklens.ai), cloud platform (app.getstacklens.ai), or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

GetStackLens provides AI observability, prompt management, and governance tooling including StackTrace (LLM trace observability), FlowOps (prompt lifecycle management), and GovernAI (AI governance and EU AI Act compliance reporting). Features and availability may vary by plan.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share account credentials or allow third parties to access the Services using your account.
  • Accounts are limited to one per person unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services.
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

GetStackLens and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. FlowOps is made available under a source-available license; all other Services are proprietary.

7. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant GetStackLens a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. We will not sell or share Customer Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information. This obligation survives termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STACKLENS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. STACKLENS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
